Dad and Kate had a great time in Lexington with the Hoenscheids. Although we did not win the big money a good time was had by all. Jim and Elizabeth brought their new baby, John Anthony. Kate brought her friend Jenifer who in turn brought plenty of big hats!

Montessori Graduation!

There she was in a gorgeous emerald green silk sari! After nine months of working into the nights on homework, driving across the city and back to class everday, practice teaching, and compiling huge, weighty notebooks on Montessori methods, Chooch received her cerificate last night. She and her classmates and their family and friends celebrated with a reception here at the Atrium in the Pavilion. There were about 100 people, lots of Indian-style snacks, soft drinks and juices. We had fun meeting everyone who, like Chooch, had completed the challenging course and were ready to enjoy a party without a single worry about homework. --- Mom
