It is interesting to work on well-being, nutrition and work-life blanace in a place like Ireland. Most think of the beer here. We are taking advantage of the green rolling hills and countryside in the south, near Cork. Such a treat and privilege that my company sends me places like this. It shows a committment to value the underpinnings of health as related to how leadership functions. The organizers have us strategizing how to bring it back to the culture of the workplace.
